The Roots feat. Bilal: NPR Music Tiny Desk Concert | Video by NPR Music

When I saw that The Roots had done an NPR Tiny Desk Concert, my finger moved at the speed of light to click the link to watch it. And I wasn’t disappointed.

They only performed one song, but it was an epic. From the soundtrack to Detroit, a film about the 1967 riots in the city, it tells a story of inequality and injustice. And The Roots (and Bilal) are just plain awesome.
